Ready to join this team? \#VemSerAssai **Responsibilities and duties** Your **activities** will be: * Responsible for the hiring and termination process; * Internal and external recruitment; * Integration of new employees for the month, commemorative date activities, and internal communication; * When necessary, act as legal representative in labor hearings; * Manage vacations, benefits, and severance calculations; * Provide guidance on work schedules, overtime, time banks, intraday and interday breaks, and support store leaders in complying with these guidelines. Employee and management support, and conflict management * Control uniform and PPE distribution, placing purchase requests as needed; * Record personnel movements (merits, transfers, promotions) in the system, monitoring all approval stages before informing the employee; * Conduct the selection process for all store vacancies, performing sourcing, scheduling, interviews, and pre-hiring procedures (scheduling medical exams, verifying documents, system registration), printing employment contracts, and collecting signatures from new employees; . . **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, etc.; * Basic knowledge of Office Suite * Proven experience as a Generalist in HR (Human Resources) processes and Payroll Department, including hiring, termination, electronic timekeeping, recruitment and selection, vacations, benefits, and integration * Experience in electronic timekeeping is desirable. **Additional information** HEY, YOU!
