Ready to join this team? \#VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor all HR processes in stores; * Generate reports on discrepancies, time entries, absences, medical certificates, and monthly closings; * Handle, control, and deliver benefits to employees; * Administer hiring, dismissals, homologation, overtime, and employee scheduling; * Monitor all HR processes in stores; * Listen to and guide employees, while supporting the HR manager and HR supervisors with store-related requests; * Support onboarding activities; * Assist in organizing events for special dates; * Manage uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE); **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school. **Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old. **Experience:** Proven experience in personnel department routines. Timekeeping system entry and handling, hiring, vacations, termination, and benefits administration.
