Review the profile below and apply! **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or MBA in Information Security, Networking, or related areas will be considered a plus. **Mandatory Experience** * Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in an equivalent role; * Experience in technical pre-sales and/or solution design; * Experience in gathering technical requirements, sizing solutions, and developing IT and cybersecurity architectures; * Experience interacting with clients, including leading technical meetings, presentations, and workshops. **Technical Knowledge** **Cybersecurity** * Experience with solutions such as: – NGFW (e.g., Fortinet, SonicWall); – EDR/XDR (e.g., Kaspersky); – SIEM; * **Knowledge of:** – Network segmentation; – VPNs (IPSec and SSL); – Access control; – Definition and management of security policies; – Protection against advanced threats. **Networking and Infrastructure** * Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking; * Proficiency in VLAN, NAT, and routing; * Experience with wired and corporate Wi-Fi networks; * Knowledge of switching (Layers 2 and 3\)**.** **Desirable / Differentiating Knowledge** **Public Sector (strategic differentiator)** * Experience in public sector projects; * Ability to read and interpret tender documents and Terms of Reference (TR); * Familiarity with Law No. 14\.133/21 (Public Procurement and Administrative Contracts Law); * Experience supporting procurement processes, including drafting technical clarifications and objections. **Certifications** * Fortinet certifications (NSE); * SonicWall certifications; * Kaspersky certifications; * Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE); * Information security certifications such as Security\+, CISSP, or similar. **Languages** * Fluent English. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as a technical reference and solution architect alongside the sales team; * Gather and analyze customers' technical and business requirements; * Design end-to-end cybersecurity architectures; * Perform technical and financial sizing of solutions; * Support the sales team in client meetings and negotiations; * Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities; * Develop and review complex technical proposals; * Analyze tender documents, Terms of Reference (TR), and technical specifications; * Identify technical risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities; * Support preparation of technical clarifications, appeals, and objections; * Interact with vendors and distributors for solution validation; * Provide technical and architectural guidance to implementation teams; * Contribute to portfolio evolution and solution standardization. **Behavioral Skills / Soft Skills** * Consulting profile with strategic vision; * Excellent verbal and written communication; * Ability to translate technical concepts into business value; * Analytical and structured thinking; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility (ownership mindset); * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams; * Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure; * Technical negotiation skills. **Employment Contract Information** Compensation: To be negotiated. Working Hours: 40 hours per week — Monday to Friday — 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00\.
