Sales optimization and customer experience We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented **Store Manager** to manage **three stores of a company operating in the cosmetics industry**. This professional will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving targets, developing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand’s values! **Responsibilities:** * Manage the performance of the 3 stores, ensuring operational standards, customer service, organization, and visual merchandising per guidelines; * Monitor and analyze sales metrics (daily, weekly, monthly), conversion rates, average transaction value, productivity, and individual and collective goals; * Develop, train, and supervise sales staff, assistant managers, and support teams, fostering engagement, a high-performance culture, and a positive work environment; * Conduct alignment meetings, structured feedback sessions, and individual development plans (IDPs); * Ensure excellence in customer service and timely resolution of customer requests; * Guarantee efficient inventory management, stocktaking, ordering, and restocking across all stores; * Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives, ensuring proper execution and performance across all units; * Organize staff schedules, working hours, and operational requirements for the 3 stores; * Apply strategic thinking to propose improvements, sales-increasing actions, and loss reduction measures; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, processes, and procedures of the brand; * Collaborate closely with the executive board / general coordination through reports, insights, and action plans. Requirements: * Proven experience managing retail stores, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion; * Experience leading multiple units is a plus; * Strong people management, communication, training, and conflict resolution skills; * Willingness to travel between the 3 stores; * Completed high school education; a college degree is a plus.
