Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Store Manager to oversee the operations of three cosmetics stores, ensuring operational excellence and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic vision for sales improvement and loss reduction Description We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented **Store Manager** to manage **three stores of a company operating in the cosmetics industry**. This professional will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving targets, developing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's values! **Responsibilities:** * Manage the performance of the three stores, ensuring compliance with operational standards, customer service, organization, and visual merchandising guidelines; * Monitor and analyze sales metrics (daily, weekly, monthly), conversion rates, average transaction value, productivity, and individual and collective targets; * Develop, train, and supervise sales staff, assistant managers, and support teams, fostering engagement, a high-performance culture, and a positive work environment; * Conduct alignment meetings, structured feedback sessions, and individual development plans (IDPs); * Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer requests; * Guarantee efficient inventory management, stocktaking, ordering, and store replenishment; * Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives, ensuring execution and performance across all stores; * Organize staff schedules, working hours, and operational requirements for all three stores; * Apply strategic thinking to propose improvements, actions to increase sales, and reduce losses; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, processes, and procedures of the brand; * Collaborate closely with senior management/general coordination through reports, insights, and action plans. Requirements * Proven experience in retail store management, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion; * Experience managing multiple units is a plus; * Strong people management, communication, training, and conflict resolution skills; * Willingness to travel between the three stores; * Completed high school education; a college degree is a plus. Benefits **Job Details:** * Salary: fixed \+ commission from the three stores; * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * Work Mode: On-site; * Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, schedule to be agreed upon; * Work Location: Carajá District \- TO.
