The following will be considered advantageous if you: * Have previously worked in the automotive sector/vehicle dealership. * Perform daily cash register opening and closing, ensuring all amounts are correct and properly recorded. * Process various payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, etc.), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in customer service. * Issue invoices, fiscal receipts, and receipts, in accordance with current legislation and company policies. * Monitor and replenish cash register supplies, such as banknotes, coins, printer rolls, and other necessary supplies. * Assist the store manager in organizing and filing documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence. * Enter and update information in the store management system, including sales data, inventory, and customer and supplier records. * Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including operational expense control, sales revenue, and cash reconciliation. * Provide quality customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. * Guide customers on products, promotions, and store policies. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the area manager. * Respect the needs, integrity, expectations, and privacy of our customers, colleagues, third parties, suppliers, communities, institutions, and governments, aiming to uphold the Group’s Code of Ethics. * Keep senior management informed about the progress of tasks under your responsibility, seeking solutions to problems encountered, to enable effective activity monitoring by management. * Safeguard the Group’s image by avoiding inappropriate behavior in public while wearing the Group’s uniform or using Group vehicles, thereby protecting the company’s image and assets. * Participate in occupational safety training, as well as courses proposed by the company to enhance safety and develop competencies, thus fulfilling the established training curriculum for the role. 2512220202491583002
