We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for Localiza & Co. This professional will be responsible for serving customers by providing information regarding car rentals, negotiating rates and add-ons when necessary, and verifying customer profiles to approve rentals—ensuring rental contracts meet both customer needs and expectations and business profitability. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, key responsibilities include: * Initiating first contact with the customer; * Serving customers, understanding their profiles, and addressing potential questions; * Guiding customers toward the most suitable products and services; * Closing sales.
