Job Summary: The Machine Operator will be responsible for preparing, adjusting, and operating cappuccino, ice cream, and tasting machines, ensuring product quality and resource optimization. If you identify with our mission and have experience in the above-mentioned area, this opportunity may be for you. * Prepare, adjust, and operate the cappuccino machine; * Formulate production recipes for cappuccino, ice cream, and tastings by selecting and weighing ingredients according to specifications, to meet daily product quality standards; * Perform cleaning of machines and work areas—including sweeping, washing, blowing, and wiping—to support the 5S program and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (weekly); * Record film usage, monitor consumption, and report to the immediate supervisor to assist in raw material control (daily); * Replace the Teflon on the machine—requesting approval from the supervisor and performing the replacement—to ensure packaging meets quality standards (monthly); * Forward reprocessing requests to the grinding department, segregating products that fail to meet weight and packaging quality standards, to support resource optimization (daily); * Carry out other duties related to the role as assigned by immediate management. **Requirements** -------------- Completed high school education; Experience as an industrial machine operator in the food industry, preferably with knowledge of packaging machines, pre-cleaning, and related tasks; Focus on productivity
