This role coordinates operational teams, ensures service execution according to planning, and guarantees quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily construction site activities. * Assign tasks among masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and assistants. * Control the use of materials and equipment. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Report progress and needs to the Site Foreman. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in civil construction projects, especially in fine finishing work. * Technical knowledge of construction processes. * Leadership and team organization skills. * Literacy required for reading project drawings and specifications. **Additional Information** What will you receive? * Market-competitive salary. * Transportation allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Meal/Meal Card. * Work modality: 100% on-site. * Benefits in accordance with the collective labor agreement. * Exclusive SER Green Blood Benefits package.
