Carry out logical configuration and system integration via platforms such as Savant, Control4, Alexa, Google Home, Home Manager, and Controlarte. Provide on-site and remote technical support for diagnosing and resolving faults in networks, devices, and automation systems. Ensure full system functionality after installation by conducting performance and redundancy tests. Train clients on intuitive use of controls (mobile app, touch panel, voice command), delivering customized user manuals. Prepare technical reports including photos, diagrams, and delivery checklists upon completion of each project. Maintain organization of installation materials (cables, connectors, tools) and ensure site cleanliness after service completion. Collaborate with the project team to validate technical specifications prior to implementation.
