Focus will be on creating upsell opportunities by identifying solutions and products that add value for clients. * Renewal sales: Collaborate with the squad to develop renewal and expansion plans, ensuring a healthy renewal rate and increasing LTV. * Build and maintain close relationships with your client base, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and efficient resolution of any requests or issues. * Actively participate in optimization performance calls for the Referral Program with all clients in your portfolio; * Update internal consulting controls with results generated by clients; * Collaborate closely with onboarding, customer success, and technical support teams to maximize retention.
