Job Summary: Agricultural Machinery Operator responsible for operating, maintaining, and conserving tractors and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and maintain tractors and agricultural machinery in compliance with safety standards. 2. Perform daily checklists and basic maintenance on machinery. 3. Participate in training programs and work with GMOs and pesticide application. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and maintain tractors and agricultural machinery following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines; * Serve as a role model for safe behavior in the workplace; * Conduct daily pre\-operational checklists on agricultural machinery, including inspection of fluids, fuel, tires, and safety systems; * Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication and cleaning of machinery, reporting any irregularities or repair needs to leadership; * Strictly comply with safety regulations and standards, using PPE and adopting safe practices during operations; * Monitor and record machinery performance, including areas covered and productivity; * Communicate\- with the team regarding operations, field conditions, and maintenance requirements, contributing to enhanced safety and operational efficiency; * Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated on new technologies, sharing knowledge with other operators; * Work in areas involving Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), adhering to established protocols and regulations; * Where applicable, operate sprayers and apply agricultural pesticides following technical recommendations and safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Certification: NR 12\- Machinery and Equipment Safety. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that support the well\-being and satisfaction of our employees.
