Job Summary: Operate and maintain agricultural machinery, performing maintenance and performance monitoring in compliance with safety regulations and GMO protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Work with Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) **Responsibilities:** * Operate and maintain tractors and agricultural machinery, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines; * Serve as a role model for safe behavior in the workplace; * Conduct daily pre\-operational checklists for agricultural machinery, including inspections of fluids, fuel, tires, and safety systems; * Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication and cleaning of machinery, reporting any irregularities or repair needs to leadership; * Strictly comply with safety regulations and standards, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adopting safe practices during operations; * Monitor and record machinery performance, including areas covered and productivity; * Communicate\- with the team regarding operations, field conditions, and maintenance requirements, contributing to enhanced safety and operational efficiency; * Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated on new technologies, sharing knowledge with other operators; * Work in areas involving Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), adhering to established protocols and regulations; * Where applicable, operate sprayers and apply agricultural pesticides following technical recommendations and safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Certification: NR 12\- Machinery and Equipment Safety. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well\-being and satisfaction of our employees.
