Job Summary: Sales representative responsible for executing consistent sales processes, expanding the customer base, and ensuring satisfaction through high-quality service. Key Highlights: 1. Execute consistent sales processes and expand the customer base. **Location: Gurupi \- TO (**Decio Gurupi Store) Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work Model: On-site, 6 days on, 1 day off\. Area Mission: The Sales area’s mission is to maximize customer acquisition, exceed targets, and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and efficient processes. Job Objectives: As a Sem Parar sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to execute consistent sales processes to achieve established targets and expand the regional customer base. Additionally, you will handle other tasks such as device replacements, returns, and customer service. Responsibilities and Duties: ?Provide customers with relevant product information, explain payment methods, and complete the sale by requesting personal/legal entity documents from the customer for registration verification, attaching copies of these documents to the adhesion agreement for contract signing; Install the identifier on the customer’s vehicle front windshield according to the manufacturer’s instructions; Provide various customer service in accordance with company procedures; Ensure all processes are recorded in the system, maintaining updated controls and reports; Submit requests and documentation for credit analysis via the system to approve sales of higher categories (trucks/buses) or as per procedure, either directly or via delivery; Track, control, and store inventory of identifiers received from headquarters by recording incoming and outgoing movements in a dedicated log; Maintain an organized point of sale; Use equipment designated for your activities correctly. Requirements and Qualifications: Completion of elementary education required; High school enrollment preferred; Experience in customer service and/or sales; Additional Information: Learn what we offer: VA/VR — your choice.
