Execution of general administrative routines and issuance of invoices Description: * Completed or ongoing high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day in the morning shift; * Availability to work 100% on-site in the central region of Palmas/TO; * Support to the Fines, Damages, and Fleet Control Department: Assistance in operational and administrative functions, ensuring efficiency in fine management, damage handling, and vehicle fleet control. * Assistance with Administrative Tasks: Collaboration with the team to meet administrative needs, contributing to the organization and execution of daily tasks. * Data Entry into Spreadsheets and Systems: Inputting and updating data in spreadsheets and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information. * Invoice Issuance and Spreadsheet Preparation: Responsible for issuing invoices and creating detailed spreadsheets to support financial and administrative operations. * General Administrative Routine: Performing various administrative activities, including filing, telephone support, and assistance to other departments as needed. 251231020249267549
