BASIC REQUIREMENTS
**Education:** Students from the 3rd semester onwards in the following programs: Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
**Contract Type:** Fixed-term.
**Stipend Amount:** R$ 682.00
**Transportation Allowance:** R$ 140.00
**Workload:** 20 hours per week
MAIN ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED
* Support in resolving technical problems related to the IT field
* Assistance in maintaining and monitoring computer networks, etc.
* Other responsibilities compatible with the internship.

**Basic Windows operations:** create/delete files and folders, rename, copy/paste.
Task and process management.
Basic system configurations (Control Panel, network settings, printers).
3\. Networks and Internet (Basic Concepts)
Concept of local area network (LAN) and internet.
IP addressing (basic concepts).
Difference between modem, router, and switch.
