Join a team that values every contribution and is committed to everyone’s professional development! **Responsibilities and Duties** – Assist in the preparation and execution of pavement construction works, ensuring quality and safety of operations. – Perform site cleaning and leveling prior to material application. – Handle tools and equipment used in pavement works, ensuring proper operation and maintenance. – Support the placement of asphalt or interlocking materials according to project specifications. – Monitor transportation and distribution of materials required for carrying out activities. – Observe occupational safety regulations, properly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). – Collaborate in organizing the workplace, keeping the area clean and safe. **Requirements and Qualifications** – Completed elementary education – Prior experience in pavement work – Basic knowledge of pavement techniques – Ability to operate manual and electric tools – Capacity to work in a team – Availability to work flexible hours – Good physical condition for tasks requiring physical effort – Basic understanding of occupational safety
