We focus on streamlining recruitment and selection processes for leadership positions. **Responsibilities:** Analyzes projects, validates schedules, organizes teams, and verifies materials required for installation. Coordinates the team, delegates tasks, and ensures compliance with technical and safety standards. Monitors the installation of structures, modules, and inverters, ensuring adherence to the company's technical standards. Aligns deadlines, clarifies doubts, and ensures a positive experience throughout the installation process. Conducts final tests, oversees certifications, and guides customers on photovoltaic system monitoring and usage.
