Ready to join this team? \#VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and duties*** Interact with the kitchen team to guide them on cleaning standards and procedures for areas, food receiving, storage and preservation, good practices for selecting and preparing meals, and compliance with Health Surveillance regulations; * Define menus for each meal to ensure employee satisfaction; * Prepare shopping lists based on menus, number of meals to be served, and existing inventory; * Ensure the preservation of stored food by providing necessary conditions to prevent spoilage and loss; * Verify the correct use of all kitchen equipment and utensils, as well as personal and collective protective equipment; * Ensure compliance with rules for disposal of expired or spoiled food and management of leftovers. **Requirements and qualifications** **Minimum education:** Bachelor's degree in Nutrition.
