**Job Responsibilities:** * Carry out planting, irrigation, crop management, and organization of plants, ensuring proper crop development; * Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, perform fertigation, and maintain relevant technical records; * Conduct phytosanitary control through the application of agricultural pesticides, using backpack sprayers and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Perform digital data measurements and recordings on platforms such as iPad and Excel, as well as support post-harvest activities; * Work in compliance with internal safety regulations, properly using PPE and following established guidelines and best practices at the workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * High school diploma; * Preferred: Coursework in agronomy or related fields. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that promote our employees' well-being and satisfaction.
