Contribute through technical mentoring and knowledge sharing . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines in high-volume and high-complexity environments using Apache Spark (Scala and Python) and AWS; * Drive the evolution and expansion of the Analytical Platform, focusing on Big Data architectures and technologies; * Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical data solutions; * Design and maintain analytical data models, metrics, and KPIs; * Integrate multiple data sources, including streams (Apache Kafka / MSK) and SQL and NoSQL databases; * Develop, operate, and evolve data pipelines in production environments; * Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, quality, and governance of data; * Prepare, process, and deliver data for analytical and operational consumption; * Automate the creation, configuration, and monitoring of data pipelines and data environments; * Manage SLAs, troubleshoot failures, and resolve incidents in data flows; * Collaborate within agile squads, support technical decisions, and promote best practices in data engineering; * Contribute through technical mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Python and Scala applied to data engineering; * Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL; * Mandatory experience with Apache Spark (Batch and Streaming); * Solid hands-on experience with AWS, including Lambda, S3, Glue, and MSK; * Experience with relational databases (Oracle and Postgres); * Experience with NoSQL databases (Cassandra and ScyllaDB); * Experience with messaging and data streaming using Apache Kafka; * Experience in highly critical environments with stringent requirements for availability, security, and reliability; * Experience designing and maintaining data models, business metrics, and KPIs.
