(100% IN-PERSON POSITION) JOB SCOPE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT Salary: BRL 2,100.00 during the probationary period (90 days); after probation, salary increases to BRL 3,212.00 + bonuses as a Customer Service Analyst (position and salary change occurs in the month following the end of the probationary period). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 Benefits ° Meal Voucher (VR): BRL 29.35 per day (monthly deduction of BRL 7.00) ° Transportation Voucher (VT): 6% salary deduction, capped at actual usage. Health and Dental Insurance: Bradesco (with deductions for policyholder and dependents + co-payment), effective from the first day of the month following completion of the probationary period.
