Responsible for store organization and cleanliness **Description:** **Education:** Completed High School **Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old **Responsibilities:** Responsible for managing area performance indicators, the work team and promoters, and team scheduling; Receiving goods, processing orders, managing replenishment, inventory, expiration dates, refrigerated items, perishables, and cold storage rooms; Checking gondola, freezer, and refrigerator temperatures before store opening; inspecting island and aisle organization to ensure store organization and cleanliness (no pallets or scattered shopping carts) for customer reception; Conducting alignment meetings with the team to communicate new incentive campaigns, birthday campaigns, or outstanding issues from the previous day; organizing chilled and frozen storage rooms to ensure product rotation (first in, first out); Performing continuous restocking of products in sales areas to prevent stockouts and consequent lost sales; Remaining attentive to restocking products associated with backlights; Monitoring the promoter team. Proven experience in this role, including leadership positions in Perishables, frozen products, and cold storage management.
