Generalist HR professional to manage onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management processes, as well as labor and operational matters.

Description:
* Completed undergraduate degree in related fields such as Business Administration, HR Management (Human Resources), Psychology, etc.;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Proven experience as an HR Generalist covering HR (Human Resources) and Personnel Department processes—including onboarding, offboarding, electronic timekeeping, recruitment and selection, vacations, benefits, and onboarding
* Experience with electronic timekeeping is desirable.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes;
Conducting internal and external recruitment;
Onboarding new employees monthly, organizing commemorative date activities, and managing internal communications;
Acting as the company's representative during labor hearing homologations when required;
Handling vacation management, benefits administration, and severance calculations;
Providing guidance on work schedules, overtime, time banks, intraday and interday breaks, and supporting store leadership in implementing these guidelines;
Attending to employees and managers, and managing conflicts;
Overseeing uniform and PPE distribution, and executing purchase requests as needed;
Entering personnel movements (merits, transfers, promotions) into the system while monitoring all approval stages before informing the employee;
Executing the selection process for all store vacancies—including candidate sourcing, scheduling, interviews, and pre\-onboarding procedures (medical exam scheduling, document verification, system entry), printing employment contracts, and collecting new employees' signatures;
