The company aims to transform lives and fulfill dreams through the expansion of its businesses. **Job Objective:** The Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making that impacts the company’s business expansion and operational efficiency. This professional will work across multiple departments, delivering valuable insights to optimize processes and improve organizational performance. **Responsibilities**: * Designing and maintaining performance and campaign dashboards; * Monitoring and cross-analyzing data from paid media, organic media, and landing page performance; * Conducting predictive analyses and audience segmentation based on behavior and consumption profiles; * Supporting the definition and monitoring of marketing KPIs; * Integrating and processing data from multiple sources; * Supporting the content and growth teams with data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions; * Building attribution models and analyzing channel-level impact; * Producing executive reports focused on fast, targeted decision-making. **Requirements**: Proficiency in Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) for creating interactive dashboards and executive reports; Experience manipulating, modeling, and querying large volumes of data; Familiarity with Google Sheets for data manipulation, integrations, and automations (including Google Apps Script); * Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for analyzing user behavior on websites and apps; Integration of data sources via Supermetrics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Tag Manager within the Google ecosystem; **We Offer:** Salary BRL: To be negotiated.
