**Position**: Financial Analyst **Responsibilities and Duties**:
* Manage **accounts payable** routines, including processing via payment platforms and internet banking, with attention to expense validation, settlement, and reconciliation of invoices;
* Record expense accruals (scholarships, taxes, general expenses) in the financial system, maintaining project cash flow control;
* Execute **bank return processing**, sending remittances and handling returns;
* Attach payment receipts to the system;
* Support accounting in verifying operations and providing monthly financial documentation;
* Monitor **accounts receivable** and conduct **negotiations and collections**, escalating cases to the legal department when necessary;
* Perform other related activities as requested by the manager.
