With more than 13,000 employees worldwide, we are dedicated to using our energy and heart to drive a better tomorrow. **JOB MISSION** Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on equipment and systems in hydroelectric power plants and associated substations. Acts strategically to ensure asset availability, reliability, and performance, guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability requirements. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participate in commissioning, testing, and energization phases of new generating units and associated facilities; * Plan and schedule strategic maintenance services for electrical, mechanical, and auxiliary equipment and systems; * Conduct technical analyses for contracting services and acquiring critical and strategic materials; * Propose and implement technical improvements aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing maintenance costs; * Develop and keep updated the Basic Systematic Maintenance Plan and monitor its execution; * Define the annual scheduling of materials and services for preventive maintenance and investments; * Prepare scopes and technical specifications for service contracts and material and equipment procurement; * Evaluate the technical and contractual performance of service providers; * Participate in the development, revision, and training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); * Monitor equipment performance indicators (availability, failures, costs, etc.) and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Act in alignment with Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability policies, ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management and Sustainability System (SGIS); * Supervise and guide junior and mid\-level engineers and technicians, promoting the team's technical development; * Comply with and uphold the guidelines of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 55001 standards. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Electrotechnical Engineering; * Professional registration: Active CREA; * Experience in maintenance of hydroelectric power plants, substations, or large\-scale industrial facilities; * Maintenance planning and management; * Supervisory systems and failure analysis; * Office Suite (Advanced Excel); * Intermediate English. * **Work Location: Peixe \- Tocantins** **Equal Opportunities for All** Our vision is that each person combines their unique characteristics and experiences to fulfill our mission of creating new energy for the planet.
