**Candidate requirements** -------------------------- These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role. * Design, develop, and maintain end\-to\-end web applications, including frontend (React) and backend (Node.js or equivalent). * Collaborate closely with the product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems. * Optimize application performance and scalability for high\-demand DeFi use cases. * Participate in the design and architecture of smart contracts to ensure smooth integration with blockchain technology. * Conduct code reviews and testing to maintain high code quality and security standards. * Stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain, DeFi, and fullstack development. **Job responsibilities** ------------------------ * Remote work but willing to relocate * Act as an outsourced accounting and operations officer for our DAO clients * Provide outsourced accounting work * Assist with Grant Management * Complete KYC and Due Diligence on grant proposals * Produce and track fee proposals for client service enquiries * Take ownership for client onboarding, ensuring all due diligence and KYC procedures are adhered to at the highest standard of compliance * Produce monthly reports, articles and presentations as required * Maintain excellent working relationships with all service providers within the financial services industry * Other duties as required by Directors from time to time
