




**Responsibilities and activities:** Conduct analysis of balance sheets, financial statements, cash flows, income tax returns, registrations, lien certificates, mortgages, fiduciary assignments, and other documents required for evaluating customers and suppliers according to company standards and policies; Monitor, in coordination with branches, the activity of financed customers (crop conditions, harvests, deliveries, advances, outstanding balances, payments, etc.). Maintain and update management reports and credit control spreadsheets; Open and follow up on requests for document analysis with the Legal Department. Provide support and assistance to the sales and administrative teams; Daily monitoring of the customer portfolio with financial pending issues, identifying overdue amounts, expired limits, and upcoming due titles; Support the sales team in collection follow-up by providing updated information on customers' financial status; Prepare and update delinquency reports; Support renegotiation and agreement processes; Monitor the payment settlement flow, ensuring proper payment write-offs and reconciliation with finance; Collaborate with the credit and sales teams to prevent delays and mitigate financial risks; Provide support during internal and external audits by supplying requested information and documents. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Basic knowledge of credit and collections; Office Suite (intermediate/advanced Excel); ERP systems (preferably SAP); Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. **BENEFITS:** Medical insurance; Dental insurance; Christmas basket; Gympass; Payroll-deductible loans; Profit or results sharing; Private pension plan; Life insurance; Food allowance; Meal voucher.
