Development and leadership of high-performance teams We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented **Store Manager** to manage **three retail units of a company operating in the cosmetics industry**. This professional will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving targets, developing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand’s values! **Responsibilities:** * Manage the performance of the 3 stores, ensuring consistency in operations, customer service, organization, and visual merchandising per established guidelines; * Monitor and analyze sales metrics (daily, weekly, monthly), conversion rates, average transaction value, productivity, and individual and collective goals; * Develop, train, and supervise sales staff, assistant managers, and support teams, fostering engagement, a high-performance culture, and a positive work environment; * Conduct alignment meetings, structured feedback sessions, and individual development plans (IDPs); * Ensure excellence in customer service and timely resolution of customer requests; * Guarantee efficient inventory management, stocktaking, purchase orders, and store replenishment; * Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives, ensuring execution and performance across all units; * Organize staff schedules, working hours, and operational requirements for the 3 units; * Apply strategic thinking to propose improvements, sales-increasing actions, and loss reduction measures; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, processes, and procedures of the brand; * Collaborate closely with senior management / general coordination through reports, insights, and action plans. Requirements: * Proven experience in retail store management, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion sectors; * Experience leading multiple units is a plus; * Strong people management, communication, training, and conflict resolution skills; * Willingness to travel between the 3 stores; * Completed high school education; university degree is a plus. Benefits **Job Details:** * Salary: fixed \+ commission from all 3 stores; * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * Work Mode: On-site; * Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, schedule to be determined; * Work Location: Carajá District \- TO.
