Job Summary: Responsible for picking, inspecting, packaging, and organizing goods; resolving discrepancies; and assisting with receiving and dispatch to ensure product quality and integrity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Goods inspection and picking 2. Packaging and preservation of products 3. Warehouse organization and cleaning * Pick or inspect goods according to the order; · \- In case of missing items requested in the order, verify the possibility of substitution; · \- Identify and resolve potential errors or discrepancies arising from the picking process; · \- Label packages clearly with accurate corresponding information; * \- Package or pack goods, ensuring their preservation and quality; · \- Assist with warehouse cleaning and organization; · \- Report any irregularities observed—or even suggestions for improvement—to management; · \- Assist with loading packages for dispatch, as well as receiving or storing goods, whenever necessary or requested; * \- Receive goods, cross-checking against invoices, observing any irregularities, and reporting them to management for resolution.
