Ensure dignified reception and humanized care **Here, we cultivate!** * *Strict and unconditional adherence to clinical, operational, and administrative processes* * *Collaboration* * *Daily practice of integrity* * *Integration* * *Culture of sustainability* * *Respect for each individual's way of being and thinking* * *And, above all, a genuine appreciation for people* **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\- Analyze clinical and managerial performance indicators for services under their responsibility, ensuring continuous improvement; 2\- Prepare technical reports and expert opinions within their area of specialization; 3\- Develop clinical protocols, work instructions, and forms to guide and support sector staff; 4\- Jointly assess with the team the availability of materials and medications (MAT/MED) for surgical procedures; 5\- Manage surgical scheduling for judicially mandated procedures; 6\- Monitor bed availability; 7\- Collect necessary data for bed management and surgical demand reporting to the contracting party and SESPA; 8\- Conduct sectoral LNT (Lean Thinking), monthly and quarterly reports when requested by management; 9\. Ensure that strategic planning goals, strategies, policies, and objectives are communicated and understood by all staff, managing departmental processes in alignment with other departments and leadership to achieve results; 10\. Comply with, and enforce compliance with, applicable legislation, the Integrity Code, Regulations, Standards, Values, and Institutional Projects within their area; 11\. Critically analyze managerial indicators, personnel management indicators (turnover and absenteeism), and departmental costs, meeting institutional targets; 12\. Evaluate and monitor staff performance under the “Competency-Based Management” model, tracking action plans without missing deadlines and consistently recording feedback per the institution’s established standard; 13\.
