Opportunity in the Agribusiness sector HR Analyst Tocantinópolis\-TO **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or Technologist degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting Sciences, Psychology, and/or related fields; Experience with HR processes (e.g., recruitment and selection, development tools, Training & Development, etc.); Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Numerical aptitude; **Responsibilities:** Conduct HR department activities (e.g., recruitment and selection, onboarding new employees, identifying training needs, evaluating staff performance, overseeing Occupational Safety and Health, advising and listening to employees).
