* Proven experience in bottling lines;
* Basic English proficiency;
* Proven experience in people management;
* Knowledge of work methodologies;
* Strong interpersonal skills and assertive communication.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
* Plan, coordinate, and control refinery and bottling operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in processes;
* Monitor direction/consumption of products in refined oil tanks to meet unit production demands and bottled oil dispatch requirements;
* Manage teams of supervisors, technicians, and operators, promoting development, engagement, and a results-oriented culture;
* Monitor performance indicators (OEE, yield, specific consumption, losses, productivity, quality, and operating costs). Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction; manage operating budgets and participate in CAPEX planning for investments in the area;
* Interact with peer supervision teams and support areas to ensure operational line availability for receiving and compliance with applicable procedures and standards;
* People management and follow-up, including: personnel movement, hiring, vacations, performance evaluations, training, recognition celebrations, among others, through use of the HR Portal and in person;
* Alignment with corporate functions: procurement team and suppliers for contract development and execution / production planning team and alignment meetings covering production-related responsibilities;
* Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance of production processes.
Promote safety, sustainability, and operational excellence culture at the plant;
* Ensure proper storage, traceability, and dispatch of finished products;
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and applicable regulatory standards (MAPA, ANVISA, ISO, FSSC);
* Collaborate with maintenance, utilities, planning, and quality departments to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
