Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and safeguarding the shopping center's security and assets, as well as providing support and preparing incident reports. Key Highlights: 1. Security incident monitoring and prevention. 2. Inspection of goods and establishment assets. 3. Customer assistance and support in emergency situations. * **Monitoring and Prevention:** * Observe and identify suspicious behaviors of customers and employees. * Prevent thefts, robberies, and acts of vandalism within the shopping center. * Monitor the entry and exit of people and vehicles, controlling access. * **Security and Inspection:** * Conduct patrols in internal and external areas of the shopping center to identify irregularities. * Monitor security cameras to identify the origin of losses or suspicious behaviors. * Ensure compliance with company security policies and internal procedures. * **Goods and Asset Control:** * Inspect the entry and exit of goods, verifying invoices and transportation documents. * Monitor products nearing or past their expiration dates. * Safeguard the establishment's assets. * **Customer Assistance and Support:** * Provide assistance and support to customers in emergency situations, such as accidents or thefts. * Guide and provide information regarding shopping center rules and procedures. * **Report Preparation:** * Record incidents, prepare reports on irregularities, and inform management about incidents. * Contact police or fire department when necessary. * **Equipment Operation:** * Operate equipment such as two-way radios, intercoms, and other security systems. * Verify positioning and functionality of security cameras.
