Payment and request control Area and Professional Specialization: Administration \- General Administration Hierarchical Level: Assistant Work Location: Araguaína \- TO Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Work Schedule: Full-time Work Model: On-site Assist the coordinator with unit-related Human Resources department routines concerning documents, employee requests, electronic timekeeping, records, and other responsibilities, as directed. Schedule pickup and delivery periods with clients for requested goods. Sort, organize, and file documents by type and origin using appropriate folders or boxes, in accordance with established rules and procedures. Issue and manage payment requests (SAP) for drivers and partners who are traveling or engaged in pickup/delivery of goods to company customers. Request and distribute office supplies, monitor consumption, and track available stock. Assist in price quotation processes for pantry and cleaning supplies used at the unit. Receive and dispatch mail pouches, maintaining control over received documents and their status.
