In this role, you work with other employees to ensure that processes are followed and documented. **How You Will Contribute** When you receive a request relevant to your area of responsibility, you will review and coordinate activities to respond to that request, communicating progress to customers and scheduling meetings as appropriate, ensuring service quality. Strong technical writing skills are required in this role because you will write documentation and track subsequent processes. Additionally, you will manage the archiving and storage of documentation, ensuring Mondelēz International complies with applicable legal and data privacy requirements.
