Join us to build the future with creativity and impact! **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Mastery of Agile and Lean methodologies; facilitate agile ceremonies; support implementation of best practices; promote continuous improvement of team processes. * Backlog management; support organization, prioritization, and refinement of requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives. * Metrics and KPI tracking; monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate team performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Facilitation and communication; foster alignment among teams and stakeholders; support expectation management; mediate impediments and conflicts. * Technical contribution; support the team in designing and validating technical solutions that meet quality standards and project objectives. * Promotion of agile culture; guide teams in applying agile values and principles, encouraging collaboration, autonomy, and advancement of agile maturity. * Cross-functional integration; serve as a liaison between technical teams, management, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment in deliveries. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience working as a Scrum Master. * Experience working with high-performing teams focused on digital service development. * Proficiency in agile practices and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. * Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar. * Ability to track and analyze agile metrics and team performance indicators. * Strong communication skills and ability to act as a facilitator between technical teams, management, and stakeholders. * ERP knowledge is considered a plus. **What we offer to help you excel in your role:** * 100% remote work; * Flexible schedule within a 40-hour weekly workload; * Birthday day-off with special iFood benefit! * Meal or food allowance (applicable even during vacations); * 100% company-covered health and dental insurance; * Home office allowance; * Home office setup allowance (to enhance your home workspace); * Reimbursement for English, technology, and related courses; * Araújo pharmacy network agreement; * Gympass; * MetLife life insurance; * Psychological support; * Extended maternity and paternity leave.
