FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * **Garment Inspection:** Conduct final quality control, checking for stains, holes, or loose threads. Operational Responsibilities * **Cutting Assistance:** Assist the bundler in organizing worktables and sorting cut bundles. * **Line Supply:** Deliver materials (threads, buttons, fabrics) to seamstresses to prevent production interruptions. * **Inventory Counting:** Assist in verifying incoming and outgoing fabrics and supplies. * **Workplace Care:** Maintain an organized factory environment free of fabric waste on the floor. * **Finishing:** Trim excess threads and clean finished garments. * **Folding and Packaging:** Fold uniforms according to standard specifications and bag them for shipment. * **Order Picking:** Sort garments by size, color, and customer as per the production order.
