We operate in B2B road freight transportation, with an agile operational structure and a strong focus on customer service and results. **Cargo Mission** Expand OmniCargo’s customer base through active prospecting, commercial visits, and account management, directly contributing to the company’s revenue growth. **Responsibilities** * Prospect and close new road freight transportation contracts; * Develop and maintain relationships with existing portfolio clients and new leads; * Conduct commercial visits, presentations, and negotiations; * Identify customers’ logistics needs and propose suitable solutions; * Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure efficient delivery; * Monitor sales metrics and performance of your client portfolio. **Requirements** * Proven experience in commercial roles within the transportation or logistics sector; * Knowledge of the regional market and key players (Espírito Santo and Southeast regions); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and results orientation; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability for short trips (commercial visits). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with freight quotation systems (TMS, logistics ERPs, etc.); * Knowledge of less-than-truckload (LTL) and full truckload (FTL) operations; * Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to autonomously generate business.
