Job Summary:
Professional responsible for managing teams, coordinating equipment maintenance, testing and verifying equipment functionality, and administering performance indicators—ensuring equipment preservation and optimal performance.

What We Seek:
\* Completed high school education;
\* Minimum 6 months of experience;
\* Knowledge of people management, machinery and equipment maintenance, maintenance plans/systems, and intermediate-level Office suite;
\* Driver's license category B.
Desirable:
\* Technical course (Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics);
\* Driver's license category D.
Main Responsibilities:
\* Team management and task assignment;
\* Monitoring of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance;
\* Testing and verification of equipment functionality;
\* Identification of priorities and spare parts requirements;
\* Administration of performance indicators;
\* Ensuring equipment preservation and proper operation;
\* Support in people management routines and reporting;
\* Compliance with safety and environmental regulations;
\* Development and follow-up of Daily Safety Talks (DDS).
Working Hours: Administrative / Day shift
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month
