Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to perform internal audit and internal control activities, directly contributing to the continuous improvement of organizational processes and risk mitigation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct effectiveness tests of internal controls, validating accounting, operational, and financial records; * Execute audit procedures in accordance with established methodologies, identifying inconsistencies and improvement opportunities; * Verify compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and good governance practices; * Map processes and identify critical points that may represent operational, financial, or compliance risks; * Analyze root causes of recurring failures and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Support the development of risk matrices and process flowcharts; * Prepare clear and objective technical reports containing findings, evidence, and recommendations; * Organize and maintain audit evidence, ensuring traceability and integrity of information; * Monitor action plans and conduct follow-up with responsible departments; * Track performance and compliance indicators, identifying deviations and trends; * Participate in meetings with audited departments, contributing to alignment and process improvement; * Contribute to updating internal policies, standards, and procedures. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of auditing, internal controls, or related areas will be considered a plus; * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
