Risk prevention and adherence to security protocols The company is seeking an Internal Monitor in Ipatinga. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service via WhatsApp and phone calls. Monitor CCTV cameras and electronic security systems. Monitor alarms and sensors. Dispatch patrol teams or authorities in case of incidents. Record events in reports. Ensure compliance with security protocols, maintaining confidentiality and constant vigilance. Proactively prevent risks by identifying suspicious situations before they escalate into serious incidents. Previous experience as a Quality Supervisor, Monitoring Coordinator, Internal Control Analyst, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
