Our purpose is to Evolve, Value, and Optimize—creating innovative processes that transform our customers’ daily operations and drive the future of the industry. **What will your day-to-day look like?** You will: * Support customers in using tax systems by providing software technical assistance. * Act in a consultative capacity, clarifying questions and resolving issues related to system usage; * Identify and report potential issues to responsible departments, track request progress, and keep customers informed; * Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention, managing conflict situations when necessary; * Handle inquiries via IVR and ticketing systems. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM **Work Location:** Lourdes – BH **Work Mode:** Hybrid (remote work on Fridays) **To join our team, it’s ideal that you have:** * Experience in accounting or tax department routines; * Knowledge of obligations such as SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, ECD, ECF, among others; * Experience in customer service; * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with management systems (ERP); * Basic knowledge of tax legislation; * Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks. **Does this position match your profile?
