We seek a commercially oriented, organized, and results-driven professional. **Main Responsibilities** Proactively prospect and acquire new clients; Conduct recurring sales and maintain relationships with the existing customer base; Identify growth opportunities within the operational region; Monitor inventory levels and signal restocking needs; Interface with suppliers regarding orders, delivery timelines, and negotiations; Support commercial planning with market intelligence; Update CRM and sales reports; Work toward achieving and exceeding established sales targets. **Desired Profile** Proven experience in field sales or commercial representation; Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills; Organizational ability to manage orders, customers, and inventory; Familiarity with CRM or other sales systems; Proactive, communicative, and results-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the automotive sector, car rental companies, or embedded technology; * An active client portfolio; * Logistics knowledge. **Compensation** **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) **Base Salary:** R$ 5\.000,00 **Variable Compensation:** Performance-based commission **Expense Allowance** **Annual Bonus** for achievement of targets Minimum Education: Technical Degree Willingness to travel
