Serve as a technical reference and promote project management development. **Job Description** This position requires on-site work in Contagem, MG. **Who will you work with?** You will join the Project Management \- Digital Intelligence team at Wabtec, working alongside highly skilled, motivated professionals who are leading the digital revolution in the global railway market. **How will you make a difference?** As the PMO Leader for the Project Management – Digital Intelligence team, you will be responsible for **structuring, leading, and evolving the Project Management Office (PMO)**, ensuring governance, standardization, visibility, and predictability for all organizational projects. Your role will be critical in establishing robust processes, developing consistent methodologies, integrating information across projects, and providing strategic support to Project Managers. You will play a decisive role in consolidating project management culture, ensuring sustainable adoption of best practices. Key responsibilities include: * Designing and implementing the PMO structure, defining processes, workflows, policies, templates, and control standards. * Developing and maintaining integrated project planning and scheduling models, consolidating dependencies and risks. * Creating and managing dashboards, executive reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and governance mechanisms. * Monitoring the project portfolio, ensuring timely updates and consolidation of progress status, deadlines, costs, and risks. * Acting as a facilitator between Project Managers and executive leadership, promoting alignment and clear communication. * Supporting Project Managers in applying established methodologies and resolving deviations. * Establishing and conducting governance rituals, such as project committees, portfolio reviews, and risk analyses. * Leading continuous improvement initiatives related to organizational project management maturity, PMI/IPMA methodologies, and agile practices. * Ensuring project consistency and compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes. * Supporting internal and external audits related to project discipline. **What do we want to know about you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in PMO, project governance, and/or portfolio management; * Prior experience in establishing or evolving a Project Management Office; * In-depth knowledge of PMI/IPMA methodologies and integrated planning practices; * Ability to design processes, standardize practices, and define templates and rituals; * Strong analytical, critical, and data-driven capabilities; * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, Project Online, etc.); * Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills, with ability to engage multiple stakeholders; * Experience in dynamic environments with multiple concurrent projects and high complexity; * Fluent English; * Spanish (desirable); * Certifications such as PMP, PMO\-CP, PMI\-SP, PMI\-PgMP, or similar are advantageous; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) is desirable; * Willingness to travel. **What will your day\-to\-day look like?** * Leading the PMO, defining standards and ensuring team adherence; * Consolidating project information and preparing executive reports for senior management; * Tracking portfolio KPIs and supporting project prioritization; * Conducting integrated analyses of timelines, costs, risks, and capacity; * Defining project management processes and templates, and ensuring their proper implementation; * Facilitating governance meetings and ensuring decision quality; * Supporting Project Managers with methodologies, tools, and best practices; * Creating and maintaining dashboards, management reports, and performance curves; * Leading continuous improvement initiatives related to organizational project management maturity; * Serving as a technical reference in project management, guiding teams and promoting development. **Benefits:** At Wabtec, people come first.
