Learn more about PLC Advogados and **build your future with us**! **Responsibilities and Duties** The lawyer will actively practice in **Labor Law**, responsible for managing and monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings from inception through enforcement. Key duties include: * Drafting and reviewing various procedural documents, including initial pleadings, defenses, statements, appeals, and other procedural acts; * Representing clients at labor hearings, including preliminary, conciliation, evidentiary, and judgment hearings; * Developing, analyzing, and presenting legal theses with strategic vision aligned with client interests; * Drafting legal opinions and responding to internal and external inquiries; * Monitoring proceedings via court systems and managing deadlines; * Interfacing with clients and internal departments, providing technical guidance and case updates; * Inputting and managing information in legal management systems. As this is a **senior-level** position, candidates are expected to possess solid experience in Labor Law, with proven practical expertise—particularly in labor litigation; conducting hearings; drafting complex procedural documents and appeals; and formulating legal theses and issuing legal opinions.
