Come join our team as a **Mine Operations Engineer!** Key Responsibilities: * Develop and monitor programming for underground mine development and production cycles. * Conduct field monitoring of activities related to development and production. * Monitor the performance of jumbo operators, blasters, and production teams. * Serve as the interface between planning, geology, rock mechanics, maintenance, and infrastructure teams. * Conduct analyses of development and production processes, proposing continuous improvements. * Evaluate blast designs, underbreak, and overbreak at development and production faces. * Lead analyses of losses associated with development and production. * Control area consumables usage, ensuring operational efficiency. * Prepare and present technical reports and process improvement proposals. * Implement and monitor visual management of development and production activities. * Manage service provider and third-party company contracts, ensuring technical, financial, and safety compliance. * Conduct audits and performance evaluations of contractors, proposing corrective actions when necessary. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Production Engineering (with specialization in Mining Engineering). * Experience in mine operations. * Solid knowledge of drilling, blasting, and underground mining methods. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI. * Driver’s license category B. Desirable: * Lean Six Sigma certification. * Knowledge of AutoCAD. * Prior experience in contractor and service contract management.
