We have projects at different stages of mineral activities, from greenfield to full operation, and employ over 2,100 workers across Brazil who are committed to our mission. Currently, we operate three iron ore mines in Minas Gerais: Baratinha and Mongais mines, part of the Baratinha Complex, and Pedra Branca mine. Our first iron ore operation, Baratinha Mine, located in Vale do Aço, began operations in 2014 and has a wet beneficiation plant with an annual capacity of 2.5 million tons. In 2024, the Mongais project started operations, with a dry production capacity of 1.5 million tons per year, increasing the total capacity of the Baratinha Complex to 4.0 million tons per year. In the municipalities of João Monlevade and Itabira (MG), we will begin operations at the Pedra Branca project in the third quarter of 2025. The project holds resources of 130 million tons, including 33 million tons of high-grade ore, and its production is expected to reach 2.0 million tons per year at full capacity, using only dry processing. Additionally, Bemisa operates a pilot-scale gold project in the state of Pará, in Água Azul do Norte, near the polymetallic district of Carajás. Developed from the greenfield stage, the project does not use tailings dams and primarily employs local workers. We believe in the potential of Brazilian mining and are committed to integrating sustainability into our operations, generating socioeconomic development in all regions where we operate.
