Job Summary: Support receiving, storage, distribution, and control activities of products, ensuring minimum stock and quality to supply the hospital. Key Highlights: 1. Respond promptly to user requests by providing materials and parts Support and contribute to receiving, storage, distribution, and product control activities, ensuring minimum stock and product quality to supply the entire hospital. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Anticipate potential issues—such as maintaining sufficient stock to meet demand for replacement instruments and equipment—to avoid impacting other departments and, consequently, patients; * Assist in monitoring inventory levels across clinical units, ensuring service quality and continuity with the required quantity of available materials; * Organize material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability according to each material’s specific characteristics, while also facilitating location and handling; * Maintain inventory control through appropriate records, documenting all incoming and outgoing items to streamline restocking and inventory preparation; * Respond to user requests by providing requested materials and parts in a timely manner; * Store materials to preserve their integrity and safety; * Plan and organize the arrangement of stored goods to facilitate identification, location, and handling; * Receive, inspect, store, and process pharmaceutical invoices; * Support inspection, labeling, and organization activities for maintenance department materials to facilitate identification; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School; A degree or course in Administration/Warehouse Management is a plus; Basic computer skills. **Additional Information** Internal Occupational Health Program; Meal Voucher; Birthday Day Off; Discounts at partner companies.
