Field Service Operator

Job Summary: This professional will perform field services, including installation, repair, and maintenance, ensure resource conservation, and follow safety procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of networks and computer maintenance; * Familiarity with the city's geography; * Driver's license category B and defensive driving certification. Preferred qualifications: * 6 months of experience in telecommunications; * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media: twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Router and signal repeater configuration; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques. * Embody Brisanet Group’s organizational identity; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Use individual and collective protective equipment when required; * Drive company vehicles when necessary; * Perform other related duties as required by the department and leadership direction; * Maintain company vehicles in compliance with Fleet Management Department procedures, ensuring proper operation; * Implement workplace safety processes, such as JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and use of PPEs, per current legislation; * Execute field service work orders, including installation, repair, address changes, and other services, according to company-defined operational procedures; provide referrals for additional or new sales; * Be responsible for the conservation, maintenance, proper use, and safekeeping of company-provided resources, and inspect the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. 2512180202551924614
