Job Summary: The professional will perform field service installation, repair, and maintenance in telecommunications, ensuring proper organization and optimal functioning of company resources. Preferred Qualifications: * 6 months of experience in telecommunications; * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media, including twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Router and signal repeater configuration; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques. * Experience with Grupo Brisanet's organizational identity; * Active participation in organizational meetings and commitments, as requested; * Use of individual and collective protective equipment when required; * Operation of company vehicles when necessary; * Execution of other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and leadership direction; * Maintenance of company vehicles in compliance with Fleet Management processes, ensuring proper functionality; * Implementation of workplace safety procedures, including Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), per applicable legislation; * Execution of field service work orders, including installation, repair, address changes, and other services, in accordance with company-defined operational procedures; provision of referrals for additional or new sales; * Responsibility for safeguarding, maintaining, properly using, and securing company-provided resources, as well as inspecting the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. 2512180202551924614
